Dimitar Milanov Stoyanov (18 October 1928 – 1995) was a Bulgarian international footballer who played as a striker for CSKA Sofia. Milanov earned 39 caps for Bulgaria, scoring 20 goals, between 1948 and 1959,[1] and he competed at the 1952 Summer Olympics and 1956 Summer Olympics.[2]

He coached Hebar Pazardzhik.[3]
