Dromore (crater)
Great amounts of water were required to carry out the erosion shown in this Viking image. Image is located in Lunae Palus quadrangle. The erosion shaped the ejecta around Dromore.

Dromore is a crater within the outflow channel Maja Valles in the Lunae Palus quadrangle of Mars, located at 20.1 N and 49.7 W. It is 14.8 km in diameter and was named after a town in Northern Ireland.[1]
Dromore is famous for showing clear evidence that it was affected by floods of water which broke through dams, carved deep valleys, and eroded grooves into bedrock.
