East Palestine High School is a public high school in East Palestine, Ohio. It is the only high school in the East Palestine City School District, although there is also a Junior High and Elementary School. The school currently enrolls roughly 500 students, grades 9 through 12.

- Wynn Hawkins - retired Major League Baseball pitcher for the Cleveland Indians. Most known for giving up Ted Williams 500th home run
