Eden Housing is a leading privately owned Pakistani construction company with an asset base said to be over 6 billion PKR. After a marginal slump in recent years, EDEN Housing is back with new projects starting in multiple cities. Despite criticism from its rivals and enemies, EDEN Housing continues to stand tall and holds its own amongst Pakistani construction companies. EDEN Housing is not to be confused with EDEN Builders - (which is a separate company with projects such as EDEN Life.)

History
In 1991, Developers Group was one of the construction companies in Pakistan. It merged as Eden Housing from that time. Since, then it is running its construction and real estate projects. Race View Villas was the first project of it. (Eden Gardens, Eden Lands, Eden Lands Extension) They started these three projects with the commitment to deliver these houses and developed plots within three and a half years
