Edward H. Wolfe

Edward H. Wolfe (September 26, 1834 – August 17, 1916) was an American Union brevet brigadier general during the period of the American Civil War. During the war, he led the 52nd Indiana Volunteer Infantry.[1] He received his appointment as brevet brigadier general dated to March 13, 1865.[2]
After the war, Wolfe was Indiana State Auditor from 1881 until 1883.
He died in the same city where he was born, Rushville, Indiana.[3]
