Emilio Moisés Reuben was an Argentine-Canadian soccer player who played in Argentina for Vélez Sársfield, Independiente and Lanús.

Reuben also played for other South American teams such as Flamengo of Brazil, Deportivo Cali of Colombia and the Uruguayan team Racing Club de Montevideo. In 1949 he served as the manager of Deportivo Cali.
