Erika Ashley Schaefer (born March 10, 1984 in Nashua, New Hampshire) is an actress. She is the daughter of a German American father and a Cuban American mother. She is most known for her role as Bo Derek's assistant Lexi Walker on Fashion House.
She attended college but left to begin an acting career.
