Estonian–Kosovan relations are foreign relations between Estonia and Kosovo[a]. Kosovo unilaterally declared its independence from Serbia on 17 February 2008 and Estonia recognised it on 21 February 2008.[1] The governments of Estonia and the Republic of Kosovo established diplomatic relations in Tallinn on 24 April 2008.[2]
Military
Estonia currently has 30 troops serving in Kosovo as peacekeepers in the NATO led Kosovo Force.[3]

The Republic of Kosovo unilaterally declared independence on 17 February 2008, but Serbia continues to claim it as part of its own sovereign territory. The two governments began to normalise relations in 2013, as part of the Brussels Agreement. Kosovo has been recognised as an independent state by 108 out of 193 United Nations member states. |
