Odo of Burgundy (1230 – 4 August 1266) was Count of Nevers and Auxerre and the heir of Hugh IV, Duke of Burgundy. His mother was Yolande of Dreux. He died at Acre on 7 August 1266.[1]

He never inherited the duchy, due to his death before his father; Burgundy was thereafter ruled by Odo's brother Robert. Odo married Maud of Dampierre and had three daughters, all of whom became rulers of their parents' counties:
