Evan Roe (born February 9, 2000) is an American television actor. Born in Seattle, he is best known for his role as Jason McCord on the CBS Broadcasting, Inc. political drama television series Madam Secretary.,[1] created by Barbara Hall and executive produced by Lori McCreary and Morgan Freeman. He has also guest starred on Disney Channel's Jessie, Fox Television's Saint George and Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat and Bella and the Bulldogs. At the age of 4, he and his family (Father - Christopher, Mother-Linnette and Brother-Elliot) moved to San Diego, California, where he acted in school productions as well as regional professional musical theater, including starring as The Artful Dodger in Lionel Bart's Oliver!, before starting work in television at the age of 12. Scheduled for theatrical release in May 2016, he also starred in the feature film Time Toys. As a Boy Scout, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout in December 2015. He lives in New York City and Burbank, California.[2]
