F. Roger Devlin

Francis Roger Devlin[1] is is an American independent scholar of political science.

Career overview
Devlin was born in Baltimore, and received his PhD in Political Philosophy from Tulane University. A frequent contributor to The Occidental Quarterly, he is better known for his essays concerning the modern relations between the sexes.[2]
