FOLIOfn Inc. established a joint venture with Tokyo’s Nikko Cordial Corp. to create the first separate account program marketed in Japan. FOLIOfn Inc., has licensed a subset of its patents to Tokyo’s Nikko Cordial Corp.

FOLIOfn Inc. has licensed a subset of its patents to Sharebuilder Corporation, for limited use in the U.S. and Canada. This is the third time that FOLIOfn has licensed its patents and/or its technology to other companies.
