Summary

Northern <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billboard" class="extiw" title="en:Billboard">billboard</a>, the second of three billboards in tidal marshlands of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humboldt_Bay" class="extiw" title="en:Humboldt Bay">Humboldt Bay</a> cut down in early January 2014 by an unknown perpetrator dubbed the "Billboard Butcher" by local media.
