Summary
Built in 1893, Central Hall is a former Methodist Chapel on Alice Street. It became a space for the Keighley community in 1948 and was used for all kinds of activities over the years before being closed down amid a state of dereliction in 2003. Its resurrection was carried out by <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.hodsonarchitects.com/">Hodson Architects</a>, under the project management of <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.kivca.org.uk">KIVCA</a>, an infrastructure support organisation who has led a project funded by Bradford Council to renovate the old building into a new <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.central-hall.org.uk">community resource centre</a>.
