Summary
Garden Court Historic District in Philadelphia on the NRHP since July 5, 1984. The district is roughly bounded by Larchwood Avenue, 46th, 50th, and Pine Streets; and also includes 4526–4534 and 4537–4539 Osage Avenue in the Garden Court neighborhood of West Philly. This particular house is 4610 Osage, and typifies the half-timbered style of many of the individual houses in the district. There are also a few apartment building in the neighborhood - but all quite classy.
