Summary

<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold" class="extiw" title="en:Gold">Gold</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz" class="extiw" title="en:Quartz">Quartz</a>

Locality: Eagle's Nest Mine (Mystery Wind Mine), <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Placer_County,_California" class="extiw" title="en:Placer County, California">Placer County</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California" class="extiw" title="en:California">California</a>, USA (<a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.mindat.org/loc-5388.html">Locality at mindat.org</a>)
A SUPERB arborescent gold specimen with killer aesthetics, beautiful from either side. The crystals are VERY FINE and bright, of top color, and feature flattened ocohedra to almost 1 cm. The specimen is a very choice example for the size and price range, and would be a dramatic presence in any collection. As gold is notoriously difficult to photograph, it is BETTER IN PERSON. 7.1 x 4.1 x 1 cm
