-
- Locality: near Santa Elena, La Gran Sabana, Venezuela
- Size: miniature, 3.7 x 1.1 x 0.4 cm
- Gold
- A truly elegant gold specimen for a miniature, with thick, sturdy crystals of several habits flying off of a central spinel-twinned stalk. Such specimens, of this calibre, are few and far between. Most Venezuelan golds are squat and fat crystals which lack such elegant arborescent form, or just tiny. These stout crystals are quite different than the more common California material. 3.7 x 1.1 x 0.4 cm
