Image is tagged Istituto Luce ("LVCE" logo), at the time an Italian fascist propaganda news agency, copyright expired in Italy. Image might be copyrighted elsewhere, although there is no evidence of this. Original photograph on which images was based is dated 25 October 1936, when the Axis between Germany and Italy was formally declared.
