Summary
This is not a castle, and it has nothing to do with Montezuma. It is a four storey house built by the Sinagua tribe about 1400 CE.
- It is on the road between Flagstaff and Phoenix.
- The disappearance of the cliff dwelling peoples was probably due to exhaustion of water supplies
Visited during Felicity and Phillip's Washington DC to San Diego road trip in 1996.
