The "Eye of Time" sculpture designed by Allan Mills and given to the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Leicester" class="extiw" title="en:University of Leicester">University of Leicester</a> by Jean Humphreys. The sculpture is an <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analemma_calendar" class="extiw" title="en:Analemma calendar">analemma calendar</a> that uses an aperture to shine a spot of sunlight on the analemma to mark the time and date of the year. Photograph taken at approximately 11:49 GMT on 05 December 2009.
