Built in many stages in 18th-19th century; facade outline designed in 1814 and completed in 1823. The obelisk of <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pig_iron&action=edit&redlink=1" class="new" title="Pig iron (page does not exist)">pig iron</a> (Lazarevs owned iron mills in Perm) was raised in 1822.
