Summary
The building on the corner of Northumberland Avenue/Whitehall (facing Trafalgar Square) in which the National Liberal Club was temporarily housed 1882-7, while its building was being constructed. It later relocated here during World War I, 1916-19, when the NLC building was requisitioned for war work.
