Summary

Render of the Proposed Philippine Flag as reported at <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://globalnation.inquirer.net/69001/place-for-sabah-in-flag-sought/">Global Inquirer Nation</a> by Emmanuel L. Osorio. A ninth ray for the sun is proposed for the country's minorities who never fell under colonial rule while a fourth star was added to represent Sabah, a territory claimed by the Philippines. The triangle was changed into a rectangle to accommodate the fourth star. There is no image released for the proposed flag and this rendition is based on textual description of the flag.
