Summary
Rujak Juhi or sometimes also called Mi Juhi. A rujak variant specialty of Betawi and Chinese Indonesian cuisine. It consist of yellow noodles, potato and vegetables with juhi (preserved salted cuttlefish/squid) served in peanut sauce and topped with emping cracker.
