Oskar G. Stonorov House on the NRHP since December 6, 1975. Located southwest of Phoenixville, PA on Pickering Road, Charlestown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Built by modern architect (starting 1938) around the stone walls and foundation of a much older (1700s?) house on the property. Also a contributing property to the Middle Pickering Rural Historic District on the NRHP.
