<a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Neolithic" title="Neolithic">Neolithic</a> tablet <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Amulet" class="mw-redirect" title="Amulet">amulet</a>, part of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%C4%83rt%C4%83ria_tablets" class="extiw" title="w:Tărtăria tablets">Tărtăria tablets</a> set, dated to 5500-5300 BC and associated with the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:Turda%C5%9F-Vin%C4%8Da_culture" class="extiw" title="w:en:Turdaş-Vinča culture">Turdaş-Vinča culture</a>. The <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:Vin%C4%8Da_symbols" class="extiw" title="w:en:Vinča symbols">Vinča symbols</a> on it predate the proto-<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:Sumerian" class="extiw" title="w:en:Sumerian">Sumerian</a> pictographic script.
