This is one of a set of eight pictures of Ireland taken from earth orbit that were posted on the internet by Hadfield to celebrate <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Patrick%27s_Day" class="extiw" title="w:Saint Patrick's Day">Saint Patrick's Day</a> in 2013.
<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tralee" class="extiw" title="w:Tralee">Tralee</a>, the largest town in County Kerry (population 23,700), on the west coast of Ireland is in the centre of the picture, with the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slieve_Mish_Mountains" class="extiw" title="w:Slieve Mish Mountains">Slieve Mish Mountains</a> immediately south, extending westwards into the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingle_Peninsula" class="extiw" title="w:Dingle Peninsula">Dingle Peninsula</a>. The low mountains to the northeast of Tralee are the Stack's Mountains.
