Summary

The logo of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Agency_for_International_Development" class="extiw" title="en:United States Agency for International Development">United States Agency for International Development</a>. It has been in use since 2004, when it replaced the earlier version (still used as the agency <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:USAID-Seal.svg" title="File:USAID-Seal.svg">seal</a>). Most of the time, the <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:USAID-Identity.svg" title="File:USAID-Identity.svg">agency identity</a> (which contains this logo) is usually used to represent the agency, but sometimes the logo is used standalone.

The previous version was modified in a few ways to make it easier to read and reproduce. The typeface was changed from serif to sans-serif, and the agency name was repositioned. The handshake was redrawn to be gender-neutral and anatomically correct.
