Cleveland, Ohio (Aug. 28, 2006) - Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. John C. Harvey Jr. chats with broadcasters Tom Hamilton and Matt Underwood from the Cleveland Indians Radio Network during a Major League Baseball game at Jacobs Field between the Cleveland Indians and Toronto Blue Jays. Harvey administered the oath reenlisting to 15 Sailors assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Cleveland on the field before the game. He also threw out the ceremonial first pitch. Vice Adm. Harvey was participating in events kicking off Cleveland Navy Week 2006, which runs Aug. 28-Sep. 4. Twenty-six such weeks are planned this year in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
