Roos, deputy commander of Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), conducts Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) Repeal training for enlisted, officer and civilian NMCSD staff. Approximately 30 percent of more than 6,200 NMCSD officers, enlisted and civilian staff have completed DADT training since May 5, and all are expected to complete the training by June 1.
