Summary

These pieces are part of a larger silver table-centre (epergne). On the left is a tarnished and unpolished silver bowl and in the right is a completed polished silver piece. There is a visible difference in cleanliness and color between the left and right side. The Piece held above the two bowls has also been polished. These pieces are part of an 18th century silver epergne (centerpiece) in the collection of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Accession No. 78.96
