View from tower of Phillips Church, Exeter, New Hampshire. At right is the 3rd Academy Building, designed by the Boston architectural firm of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peabody_%26_Stearns" class="extiw" title="en:Peabody & Stearns">Peabody & Stearns</a>. It was built to replace the 2nd Academy Building, which burned on December 20, 1870, and would itself burn on July 4, 1914. In the distance is the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squamscott_River" class="extiw" title="en:Squamscott River">Squamscott River</a>.
