Summary
Great breakfast at Jones the Grocer, Chadstone, with Raymond. The Wagyu steak and eggs while looking a bit plain turned out to be an amazing hunk of beef. Nice and minerally, and not too fatty like Wagyu tends to be. Sure, Wagyu is supposed to be highly marbled with fat, but this was just nice. I think it was a rump steak.
