Gold medal – first place 1948 London coxless fours

Francesco Faggi (born March 8, 1926) is a Perledo-born Italian rower who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics and in the 1952 Summer Olympics. In 1948 he was a crew member of the Italian boat which won the gold medal in the coxless fours event. Four years later he was eliminated with the Italian boat in the semi-final repechage of the coxless fours competition.
