Fritz Korbach (18 July 1945 – 14 August 2011) was a German professional football player and manager, active primarily in the Netherlands, where he died in 2011.

In a 1991 interview, Korbach racially abused black players Bryan Roy ("een kleine rotneger"; "a putrid little negro") and Romário ("die koffieboon van PSV", "that coffee bean of PSV").[1]

Career

After a brief playing career with ZSC Patria and SV Baarn, Korbach managed a number of clubs in the Netherlands, including FC Wageningen, FC Zwolle, FC Volendam, FC Twente, SC Cambuur, Go Ahead Eagles, SC Heerenveen, De Graafschap, Heracles Almelo, Sparta Rotterdam (where his management spell famously lasted only two days[2]), ROHDA Raalte and Harkemase Boys.[3] He also managed PSM Makassar in Indonesia.
