Fyodor Petrovich Simashev (Russian: Федор Петрович Симашев) (March 13, 1945 – December 19, 1997) was a Soviet/Russian cross-country skier who competed in the early 1970s, training at Dynamo in Moscow. He won the 4 x 10 km gold and the 15 km silver at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo for the USSR.

Simashev also won a complete set of medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, earning a gold medal in the 4 x 10 km (1970), a silver in the 4 x 10 km (1974), and a bronze in the 15 km (1970).

He was awarded Order of the Badge of Honor (1972).
