Gabriel Arellano Espinoza was born in Aguascalientes, in 1962. His parents are Mr. Gabriel Arellano Guerra and Mrs. Maria Guadalupe Espinosa de Arellano.
Biography
General studies curriculum at the Aguascalientes Institute. His secondary education, the curriculum at Linton Hall Military School in Virginia, U.S.A.
He received his bachelor's degree at the Marine Institute of Aguascalientes. He got his graduate degree as a zootechnical engineer at the Agricultural Technology Institute of Aguascalientes.
Certificate in international commerce from the Technical Institute of Superior Studies of Monterrey and certificate in social business education from USEM (Social Union of Mexican Businessmen).
Agroindustrial businessman, whose principal activities are directed at the creation of agricultural businesses.
He is a member of numerous business organisations and financial and credit institutions.
Served as president of Fogacintra and Canancintra.
Member of various national councils of cattle farmers.
In the social sphere, he has been president of District 411 of Rotaract.
In 2006 he entered politics, running as PRI candidate for the Chamber of Deputies from the second district. In 2007 he received the candidacy for the municipal presidency for the PRI,[1] elevating himself with the triumphal election of August 5.
At this time he is the constitutional president of the municipality of Aguascalientes.
