The United States' unincorporated territory of Guam competed at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, from July 27 to August 12, 2012.[1] This was the nation's seventh consecutive appearance at the Olympics.

Guam National Olympic Committee sent a total of 8 athletes to the Games, 5 men and 3 women, to compete in 5 sports. Half of these athletes had competed in Beijing, including judoka Ricardo Blas Jr. and wrestler Maria Dunn, who was Guam's flag bearer at the opening ceremony. Mountain biker Derek Mandell competed at the Olympics for the second time, after his 12-year absence. Swimmers Pilar Shimizu and Benjamin Schulte, on the other hand, were the youngest athletes of the team, at age 16. Guam, however, has yet to win its first ever Olympic medal.
