Héctor Francisco Rodríguez Hernández is a Honduran football referee who officiates in both the Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Honduras and CONCACAF competitions.[1] He officiated the first leg of the 2015 CONCACAF Champions League Finals between Montreal and América, though he was criticized for failing to send off Osvaldo Martínez for denial of an obvious goal scoring opportunity when he pulled Dominic Oduro down as he was running towards goal.[2]
