Current season

Happy Valley Athletic Association (Chinese: ) is a Hong Kong football club. The club is also known simply as Happy Valley (or HVAA). It is historically one of the most successful football clubs in Hong Kong, having won the first division league six times (after South China and Seiko) and had consistently been in the top division, until they relegated to the second division after the season 2009–10. After spending three seasons in the Second Division League, Happy Valley returned to the First Division League in the 2013–2014 season.

Happy Valley last won the Hong Kong First Division League in the 2005–06 season, losing just one match. The League title was Happy Valley's fourth in eight seasons.

On 5 January 2014, seven coaching staff and players from Happy Valley were arrested by the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) for allegations with match-fixing.[1][2] On 12 February 2014, the Hong Kong Football Association announced that Happy Valley will be suspended from all First Division League and FA Cup fixtures for the rest of the 2013–14 season.[3]
