The Hokke (藤原北家, Fujiwara Hokke) was a cadet branch of the Fujiwara clan. It was founded by Fujiwara no Fusasaki

Fusasaki had three brothers: Muchimaro, Maro and Umakai. These four brothers are known for having established the "four houses" of the Fujiwara.

The Hokke is sometimes identified as the "northern house".
