The House of Hair features heavy metal, glam metal and hard rock, mostly from the 1980s and early 90s, though occasionally from the 60s and 70s as well. The show first aired in 1997; as of 2015, it airs on over 200 FM radio stations[1]. The show has also spawned a daily Monday-Friday short-form program called The Daily House of Hair Cut, featuring interview clips and hard rock entertainment.
