Ian Jones-Quartey (born June 18th, 1984) is an American storyboard artist, animator and voice actor who supplies the voice of Wallow in Bravest Warriors and was the supervising director and co-developer of the Cartoon Network series Steven Universe. He also is the creator of Lakewood Plaza Turbo; the pilot of which has been pitched to Cartoon Network Studios for its shorts development program. He has also served as a storyboard supervisor & revisionist for Adventure Time and storyboard artist for Secret Mountain Fort Awesome. His first job in the business was on The Venture Bros..

He is the co-creator of the web series "nockFORCE" He is the creator for the web-comic series "RPG World." He was also a founding member of the now-defunct "bagofchips" group, a collective of web cartoonists including Aaron Farber, Meredith Gran, Josh Mirman, and David McGuire.

Jones-Quartey is a grandson of Theodosia Okoh, the designer of the flag of Ghana; he based the Steven Universe character Nanefua Pizza on her.[1] Ian is currently working on a "Secret Project" that will be revealed soon. [2]
