Infantile digital fibromatosis

Infantile digital fibromatosis (also known as an "Inclusion body fibromatosis," "Infantile digital myofibroblastoma," and "Reye tumor") usually occurs as a small, asymptomatic, nodular, dermal fibrous proliferation at the extensor or lateral surface of a finger or toe.[1]
