The United States Intelligence Community has concluded with high confidence that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.[1] A January 2017 assessment by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) stated that Russia favored presidential candidate Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton, and that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally ordered an "influence campaign" to harm Clinton's electoral chances and "undermine public faith in the US democratic process".[2] However, others have concluded that there "is still no evidence of Russian interference in the 2016 election"[3] and Obama's DHS Secretary, Jeh Johnson has stated that "I know of no evidence that through cyber intrusion, votes were altered or suppressed in some way."[4][5][6][7][8]

List of International skeptics

  • Julian Assange tweeted to a TwitLonger that starts, "Why the Democratic party is doomed: 1. The Democratic establishment has vortexed the party's narrative energy into hysteria about Russia (a state with a lower GDP than South Korea)."'[25][26][27][28][29][30][31]

Murder of Seth Rich

Seth Rich was fatally shot in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He was a 27-year-old employee of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).[32][33][34] At the time of his death, Rich was the Voter Expansion Data Director at the DNC, where he had been employed for two years and had worked on a computer application to help voters locate polling stations.[35][36][33][37]

In August, WikiLeaks offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction.[38][33]

Regardless of the different conspiracy theories, and the allegedly suspicious absence of the murder of Seth Rich and the PizzaGate "puzzle-holes" in corporate mainstream media stories about election interference, the following is generally held true by most outsider analysts:[citation needed] For whatever reasons, alive or dead, if Seth Rich was the actual source of the never-refuted authentic WikiLeaks documents,[citation needed] then the Russians did not hack the DNC server which was refused FBI inspection,[39][40][41] and all the excuses for conflict should be seen as transparent rallying for war profiteering.[citation needed]
