Noble Jan Dukes (born August 16, 1945 in Cheyenne, Wyoming) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He pitched parts of two seasons, 1969 and 1970 for the Washington Senators, and then part of 1972 for their later incarnation, the Texas Rangers
