Jan Mašek (born 6 July 1978) is a Czech slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-1990s.

He won seven medals in the C-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (2002), two silvers (2006, 2014), and four bronzes (2003, 2005, 2007, 2010). He also won 6 medals in the same event at the European Championships (2 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronzes).
