- 2012 Ward-Engelking was unopposed for the May 15, 2012 Democratic Primary with 1,357 votes,[6] setting up a rematch of the 2010 contest against Republican Julie Ellsworth. Ward-Engelking won the November 6, 2012 General election with 11,693 votes (55.3%).[7]
