José Javier Villacaña Jiménez is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He is the incumbent Mayor of Oaxaca de Juárez.[1] As of 2014 he served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Oaxaca as replacement of Jesús Ángel Díaz Ortega.[2]
