Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Jerry Taylor (born 1963 or 1964) is the president of the Niskanen Center, and was a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, where he researched environmental policy. He attended the University of Iowa as a political science major.
He is also a board game designer who has released three wargames, Hammer of the Scots, Crusader Rex, and Richard III.
He resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and son.
